I bent a front bulkhead in a terrible side collision, but otherwise, I've not had any trouble with them. Is the aluminum that Corally uses really weaker than this special aluminum they're using? And what's this about sanding the diff height adjustment thing?

I have not seen any issues with the bulkheads in the past...and dont think its truly weaker...keep in mind that the stronger you make a specific part that it usually means when an impact occurs the force is transferred someplace else..thicker or stronger is not always the answer

syndrome-Try Rob's set-up from the Novak Race. Take off the rear bar and try a little less droop. That is pretty close to what I ran at the Stock Rubber Race. I ran different caster and was trying different camber links. Although I only finished 2nd, it should get you in the ball park. I'll send you over some changes to try after I hopefully get to run some packs tomorrow.
