ill give it a try and see how it runs and let you guys know. also if i ordered directly how long does it take to get to ohio?

Depends when the order was placed. Typically we ship USPS Priority so 2 or 3 days. UPS is even 3 days by ground but it probably went USPS.

Do you have to modify either the regular chassis or the thin chassis to fit the narrow bulkhead (or was it just the thick one that needed to be shaved out?)

Well, the 2.9mm and 2.4mm chassis just need where the motor sits to be modified. The 4.0mm chassis needs other work since the chassis is pocketed for a low CG. The new 4.0mm chassis will have the updates.

Yep on the thin chassis only had to dremel out the extra little spot the motor goes in ...was a walk in the park compared to the 4.0

im running the 48 pitch gear do the PRS gears fit without any problem???

the PRS will work, but you have to use the Oval-lite? series, to fit the large diameter spur mounting holes...

i have steel dogbone blades but i broke a arm and i lost the grub screw and the pin out. where can i buy the pin and the grub screws?

I spoke to Rob at Corally yesterday and he isnt sure when the 4 mm chassis will be done...he is trying to get them done as quickly as possible and told me he is trying to get about 50 of them made.

thanks but the oval gears only come in 64 pitch i need 48 ptich
