TRF415boy- Thanks for your help. Yes the carpet thrashnall is on rubbers and i find the diff ok i carpet...i think i will get a spool tho to see how it handles etc.

Too bad there are no parts available for the T2.

If you run the spool on Carpet you will want to play with the roll centers to help with steering. Probably some anti-squat in the rear and perhaps anti-dive in the front.

Rubber tires will never be as aggressive as foams.

There are a lot of tires that work well for carpet racing. There is a thread on RC Tech discussing it as well. A lot of info in there. Seems like the RP30GL is a good carpet tire. It has some airgap in it which helps a lot. Many moons ago we would run like Pit 20 or 24 on carpet. Depends if you are looking for a premounted or unmounted tire.

How will anti-dive affect the car?

Funny you should ask..........

Well, it does give you less caster obviously so it will help with turn in. It also helps with transitions in and out of corners. I found a great article online that talks about it in detail. The article also explains how it enables you to run softer front springs for racing due to the lack of weight transfer. It mainly discusses oval racing but it still applies.

Not only is there customer service awesome, but the guys on the corally team are very helpful. I had a few questions at the novak race about some things and what my car was doing and i went to rob michaels and he was happy to help me out, also same goes for brian mcgreevy and brian koch, they are local racers sponcered by corally usa and they are always very willing to help out others guys who have corallys that race in our area. All in all corally usa has a great and helpful team
