We've seen at least one broken screw, but from the same guy. I wonder if there's something specific that's causing them to break? With all the spare parts I've accumulated, I'd be sad to lose a diff half, they're pretty expensive.

I think it's just from over tightening the diff. You would be suprised how much stress is being put on the screw.

Runs great. Really like it. I am ordering some parts for mine to
make the same setup. Should Have my parts this week. its Nitro weekend anyways. So no need for Batteries. Hopefully it will drive the same. Heard that Billy told you that I was running 2.10 Jaco's worked great. About .5 mil Rubber left on them. They are done, for some reason I have not thrown them away. I tried Some 56 mm parma's and it made it little less stable. Same Fast lap time. But not as easy to drive.

Thanks for the Setup.

But we can talk about Buddys belt buckle!!!

Its all cool-I am very happy he liked it. Its not too uncommon for someone else to drive my car and go faster with it than me OH-btw-its Chicky's set-up......

UPDATED MAGAZINE REVIEWS

The website has been updated with 3 articles. Two more for the RDX and an older one covering the Mini Assassin. They will require Adobe Acrobat Reader to view them.

Default diff screw

I make it a habit to change the diff screw with a new one everytime I rebuild the diff.. theyre cheaper than a diff half.

I found a good supplier of micro fasteners in San Francisco that I have been going to for 20 years they have all kinds of exotic and small bits. Baroni's..

The diff screw takes a lot of abuse and torque especially if you smack into something in a turn on power. or you've been in a brutal race battle with one of you racing buds. It's so much easier to get out and replace when its not broken.. so if its not broken fix it goes here..in this case.

Now if I could only keep my wheels nutz from falling off.
