Actually, for the amount of aluminum you get, and other parts that would be considered 'hop-ups' from other companies, this car is a great bargain.

Will the UK kit work on carpet? Need a place that has it in stock at a decent price...$450 is just too much. I can't justify spending 1/2 grand on a touring car kit.

that price is not too bad because, the retail from Corally is 450..You wont find the UK version any cheaper

The US kit comes with the silver spring set and a ticker top deck. It has 4 deg caster blocks and dual diffs. The UK kit just has the stock 17 lb springs, and the normal top and main chassis. The UK kit also has 4 deg claster blocks as well.

YES!!!! Pretty much everyone on the Corally team uses either a 3 hole tamiya piston or the Corally piston with a 1.3mm hole. It helps the car transfer weight more efficiently. It just works better lol.

Hmmm, weird. I'll check into that, because I heard they discontinued them and went back to the yellow rim. It sounded weird though, why would you ditch the BETTER rim.........

One thing I did recently that I liked alot was to take the standard piston (0.9) and drill one hole out to a .055. It was more simliar to the 1.3's but I thought it worked a bit better. Car had more steering without being twitchy.
