Well, I think this mainly has to do with the armature blank size or the bigger comm. I could be wrong........... hehe.

Back to the RDX...LOL

If anyone's in need of killer thrust bearings, Dave Gullickson of Axiom Motors has a ton of some really good ones (500 or so in stock). I did some testing of these for him in my RDX and I must say I am impressed! They're much like the bronze thrust bearings from Corally. They also fit the Xray, for those of you who own both. Scroll down on the main page and you'll see 'em.

The spares I got were the same way. Its the same material, I just think the anodizing was darker on these..

The colors changed JayBee......... I built a new kit and mine were darker. Just tolorences in the mix I guess.

CorallyUSA is sold out. You will have to try some dealers from the website. Stormer Hobbies, Hobby Chamber or some others might have them in stock. There should be more chassis' being made as we speak.
