Default Sanyo Twicell 2300

How to charge and discharge these? I would assume 1 amp for both charging and discharging would be pretty safe... But can I go higher without harming the cells?

It's for use in a digicam, so sligthly off-topic...

Thanks.

Yep, it's an AA. Are in the process of doing a cycle at 1,2 amp charge and discharge rate. So far it seems like a good battery - it seems to have the capasity it claims (2300 typical, 2100 minimum).
