Default Hara's mysterious battery charging aid

While at nationals, I was told Hara was using some magic voodoo battery charging device. From what I was told, the device sat underneath the battery and helped get a better charge into the battery. I never got a look at it myself, but a few factory drivers told me about it.....not to mention the crazy ass rip Hara's car had (don't tell me it was the V2.....)

Curious if anyone knows anymore about the device, maybe a picture or where to get one.

Thanks.

Was it the Futaba Temp Tray that is used with their new charger?

Not according to the guys I talked to.....it doesn't connect to the charger in any way....some said it kinda looked like graphite plate.

Maybe it was a stand to let cooling air get around the batts.

At the 2001 Nats it was so hot some guys were charging batts in ziploc bags in ice filled coolers.

Was standing there there when they tore down Hara's V2. Stock looking can but the arm had some interesting slots in the stacks...kinda like the ones on the D6 but much deeper and wider...more HP out of an already great mod! Sweet!

Probably just something to keep the cells from overheating, maybe he is using a higher charge rate than normal. I run 4 cell mod oval and we charge at 6 amps.

Jeff, hmm, that sounds like an arm that Orion have had for a while. It apparantly gives them serious RPM, then they gear very very low and the overall effect is a very fast car.

I have seen that used for 12 turn in Europe. Fairly sure it isn't actually available to buy though.

im not sure if youre talking about this but it could be.

this thing is new from TN Racing Japan it looks like a thin rectanglar plate with spirals all over it in rows.

they claim that it collects the electrical waves between the + - poles which creates part of the heating when batt is being charged thus allowing a better chrged pack....better results when sandwiched between two of these plates

so it creates a lower IR pack, higher cap. and voltage with lees charging time (30-60 sec) lower temp when charged.

How about like this Eddie.

–€ æd The strange item appeared again from TN RACING which recently, release does high-tech item such as black bean you. ' The high volt/bolt zap seat ' it is something which becomes, but this has heard the rumor of reputation with the society, the uncle ‚ã it tried trying. Being disgusted ‚á what and? When with it is said, it meaning that I am difficult to explain, it does, but (laughing) the instruction manual is quoted when, ' At the time of battery charge the magnetic field which occurs around the battery (the electromagnetic wave) with the high sensitivity electromagnetic wave absorption element to reverse, it occurs from the battery when charging the electromagnetic wave of + direction when charging it is possible in this zap seat.. to charge the battery which is wrapped in the magnetic field by making zero it was printed - with the antenna of direction +- efficiently . ' It seems, is. It is with as for the effect? (Instruction manual quotation decrease of voltage rise of battery at time of) charge first stage. Improvement of response when travelling. There is with decrease of internal resistance. It is with as for the thought which I really try? (It was dubious, but.. .) Whether or not the above-mentioned effect was produced entirely, it is not understood, but you think that certainly ' power rise ' it has done. Especially start running, in order for punch power to continue well enough, think the better seed. You think that is with also temperature at the time of charge end went down. The ‚Ô ‚Á ‚¿‚Ⴏ it liked. (Laughing) price is 3000 Yen, but you think that of course especially ƒ^ƒ~ƒOƒ‰ or power system can do the advantage to the person who race/lace has been done normally to race/lace of the one make-up. To try inside one time companion, to call it is it is not, probably will be? Well the radi-con ‚Á ‚Ä inner part is deep, don't you think? is, the ‚¥ -. Those which ahead or sudden rhythm this are not coming out, you rival being, the shank. (HBAR - HBAR) ƒjƒ„ƒŠ
