Gearing and powering 2000kv electric brushless motor

i plan on using a 2000kv motor with at max a 4s battery. what my goal is is to obtain the highest top speed i can in 50ft and then 100 ft. in the specifications of the motor is says: continuous current - 26A and maximum burst current - 32A (15 secs). now when i just have my control and i pull the trigger all the way will it use 32A for 15 seconds? or do i have to make it do that and if so wht do i have to do. Also any other ideas for how to achieve my goal and what i should do as far as gearing goes would be great. Thank youu
