Best radios for racing:

Airtronics/Sanwa M11X
Futaba 4pk
KO Propo EX-10 Eurus
Spektrum DX3R

Those are the fastest radios with the most adjustments and programming. These are the main radios you see on the drivers stand of big races.

The M11X is the fastest radio I listed. DX3R weighs the least.

Still plenty of people using various flavors of the Futaba 3PK/3PKS, especially with Spektrum modules. Still available brand new as well.

Thanks for the feedback so far.

1)Can the M11X be used with Spectrum receivers (SR3500)? Would you want to or does that not give you the quickness and wouldn't get the full potential out of the M11.

2)I have the DX3R that I have used for a while in my off road cars but it doesn't seem "crisp" for my on road.

You can use Spektrum recievers if you also use a Spektrum module but DON'T DO IT.

If you are looking for quick, it's M11X or KO.

You know what they say...an old KO is better than a new anything else.
