Default NT1 gear-diff in T2'009?

Hello,

I have been hearing a lot of positive things about gear-diffs lately, and I have decided to get one for my Xray T2 '009.

I've heard that you can modify a NT1 gear-diff for use in the electric Xray TC's, but how? I know about the Spec-R and 3Racing diffs, but I am looking for how to modify a NT1 gear-diff.

I know somebody have done it. Can you please give an rather detailed explanation on how to do it?
