Hi Guys,

I have to say compare in just size, we are definitely a lot smaller than guys like Tower or Horizon. However, our focus is the racer products, and that's what Tamiya want us to push, and that's always been the core philosophy here at Speed Tech. When it comes to pushing RTR products, we are no match to Tower, but when it comes to race stuff, in my opinion we are the place to go If you guys don't see a certain product and think it would be something we should offer, please don't hesitate to send me an email ([email protected]) I'm always interested in you guys' opinion and feedback.

As for the new release items listed on this thread, we currently have all of them on pre-order with Tamiya USA, and will receive them as soon as they do

Steve Wang

Steve,
Wondering if you could help. I have tried all my local contacts with no luck. I am looking for the C/F top deck for the Tamiya 415. Can you get these? If so how much and how long until you could get them in?
Thanks
Joe

That Subaru Legacy body looks awesome! Can't wait until it's over here in the UK... if ever

Might be ordering some Tamiya bits from Speedtech, heard nothing but good reports about them from friends!

I have the TRF spring sets but I want stiffer springs, these seem pretty much what i'm after!

Koabich,

actually we can. I didn't think anyone was going to need upperdecks, so we didn't order them in (we only brought in lower decks) but I can put it on our next order and order it in for you, and also list it on our website as a regular item

The body is a beauty for sure... too bad it won't be legal for the TCS Series.

Steve,

Will you be getting some of those Legacy bodyshells in? They look awesome but I don't know if they'll be imported to the UK, so buying from abroad might be necessery!

The TRF gear (especially the cars) is very expensive in the UK, hence, most people buy it from Hong Kong or from Speedtech.

When will the new spec suspension that's on the Evo 4 be available? I hear it should fit straight on an Evo 3, is this true?

Thanks, Liam

EDIT: im going to assume that it will NOT BE LEGAL if wont be readily available to everyone by the time TCS Nats comes around. im sure it'll be legal next year.

Liam,

We got them on pre-order already, so as soon as Tamiya USA have them, we'll have them.

I think it might not be legal for TCS Nats this year because by the time it arrives, there isn't enough distribution time for it to become widely available. I think it's a good bet that it will be legal next year, but for this year, it's going to cut it real close!

Hi Joe,

i'm trying to squeez that into our current order pending at Tamiya right now. If it doesn't make it, it'll take a bit longer to get. But we'll definitely try and get it for you.

Huh? Where does it say that a Tamiya part has to be widely available in the US in order to be TCS legal? AFAIK people have always scored cool new hopups and tires from Japan that were not here in the states yet. Did I miss this in the rules somewhere?
