Hey Rod, welcome back. I got the goodies for you and Cory (NOT nail polish remover). Will you be going to SoCal today?

Ray: Yes, I have -- it's great! I had both of my TC3-based cars set up for carpet so I haven't done anything with them since I got out here. Actually, I haven't raced around here at all yet...

I hope someone has video of the stock A mains cause I want to see if all the rumors of unsportsman "team" tactics are true.

I know most of the guys in the stock main and I'll really be disappointed if the rumors are true.

Anyone that was there care to comment?

There was no team driving in the A mains of stock.....there was a bit in the last couple of rounds of qualifying.....

The stock mains were a pinball fest at times.....a few times were teammates rubbing fenders....

This is an ugly theme that has grown over the pass year. I here more and more of racers are having "attitude" problem on the drivers stand. This is the quickest way to kill this sport and keep young kids away.

This is not NASCAR!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow...it is amazing how this thread is not really concentrating on the event but in fact negative stuff that really was not the main theme of this years nats.

In the stock class mains there was no team driving. In fact at times people on the same team or brand of cars got in each others way. After all the mains I did not hear or see any discussion about team driving. Were some of the early A main events ruff...yes at times but it was not team orders.

Once again this was a great showcase for the very talented drivers and the equipment that they use.

Some of my top moments.

1. Hara's come back in the 12th A3 main.
2. Paul Winn's pass at the finishline to take 19t A2 lead and win.
3. Hodapps doughnuts after the Mod B main
4. Kinwald in the BQ Helmet
5. Seeing the different car types that won.
