Default Batteries losing zap

I have 6 packs of Sanyo 2400 matched packs. I use a Novak Millenium Charger and I discharge them with a bulb charger with a black box cut off device. The packs are stick packs. Lately it seems that the aren't putting out as good as they should. The reading on the millenium on some packs is around 2200 and a couple are around 2500. Some used to read around 2700. What setting should I use on my millenium? Do I have my voltage threshold set to low? I try to take care of my gear because it has to last, and I don't want my expensive packs going flat on me. Thanks for any help

this also happened to my sanyo 3000s. i charge them in my millenium and lately, they are not reaching 3000+ mah after a charge, only about 2700mah. also, the batteries seem to have lost their punch. i charge at 4 amps and 4mv threshold. i store them with partial charge and discharge them in a tray before i reuse them. is there any way to bring back the lost mahs? these are about 6 month old side by side packs.

Could it be a fault with the millenium....................??????

I use a indi 16X5, and I have not seen any of those problems with my 3000 or 2400.........
