Default Boca ultra seal bearings

Has anybody had any experience with the Boca Ultra seal bearings?
Inparticular:
Are they are really sealed for life?
How long do they last?
What sort of rolling resistance do they have?

Thanks

Yes ceramics offer a performance upgrade, however the Ultra seal bearings have inner shields so im not sure how much resistence they actually produce

I have the full ceramics and I cant feel any resistence from the bearings themselves. only from my cars drivetrain. i have found that they are more efficient in the can and a bit quieter. for me it really helped with keeping corner speed.
