? on which would be the better radio for electric racing ?

i am wanting to upgrade my radio and i want either the ex1 mars or m8, but i am not sure which is a better buy for electric racing ? both feel good in my hand, but i am just needing to find out before i buy one either this week or next week.. and also which will last longer also , and company repair if needed later in the future. thanks guys.

I have driven with both, and for me I think the M8 is a little better balanced, though the Mars is also very good. I also like the large screen on the M8 compared to the Mars.

Can't go wrong either way, but I would give a small edge to the M8 as my personal preference.

thanks speedo, for the fast reply.you are the man i was thinking on the m8 a little more, but hey i figured i would ask the more experinced. thanks again.....

u can't go wrong with it.
it has definitely more features.how do i know?...i have both n frankly speaking, i prefer the KO propo ex-1 mars.

I would push the Mars EX-1, though I'm biased, and have the 2000-R version which also includes the drop-down wheel assembly whch make a great radio, fantasic in the hand!!

I certainly know that I use less than half of them on my 2000R!!!

I use about half aswell, but I still think it is one of the best 2 radios going round, if not the best!!

I say go for the Hitec Lynx3D/NovakXXtra combo and leave the crystals in the past!

But.......

If you have your mind set on M8 or Mars. I would say go for the Mars.

KO MARS EX1 !! Does not really support Sanwa Airtronics M8 as the transmitter is unbalanced, and your hands tend to tilt to one side when you are holding the control for too long... And it drains the battery...
