Default Will this work.. LRP SPX8 with 17.5 motor??

I'm building a budget friendly touring car.... Thus I want to pick up the losi jrxs and want use a LPR SPX8 esc (that i already have) with a epic duo 2 or when it comes out duo 3 17.5 motor. Is this possible or will that esc burn out that motor??

What is a quick cheap servo for steering??

Thanx in advance

Thumbs up

why would it not work?
if its a brushless esc, and brushless motor it will work. 17.5 is considered "stock" motor...
