Default Tamiya Mini Info Needed

I am looking for information on Tamiya Mini Coopers. I think I have found that there are at least 2 versions of this chassis - M-03 and M-04, possibly with long and short versions of each.

What different versions are there?
Are they all front wheel drive, or is there a 4wd version?
Is there a difference in the bodies from the old style to the new style (full scale) body? Is that the short/long thing?

Thanks for any help you can give me...

Yeah, I think that that almost covers it.

Also, as far as I know, the M04 chassis are BMW Roadsters, not actual Mini's, but they still use an M-Chassis like the Minis.
