When I just saw this in redrc I HONESTLY thought they had had a database error and re-published a very old story!
I was impressed by this car when it first came out. In 2001.
Good to see a truly budget touring car from a racing manufacturer though. These have been sorely lacking for a couple of years now.

I think this is really great. For a beginner this would awesome. I know many may say get a T3R or used T2, etc. But you got to understand, as a beginner - it would be quite frustrating to get caught up in all the adjustments that newer refined chassis offer! We all begun somewhere, for me it was the TA-02 and that is even more basic. So it will keep cost down, its plenty durable, easy to drive and will provide just as much excitement to the newcomer.

Interesting. Does anyone know what the changes are on this car from the original?

Having raced this car when it was out way back when its cool to see Schumacher doing something like this to get a car out there for under 200USD that a new racer/you can pick up and race. This would make a really nice USVTA or USGT type car.....too bad Schumacher USA is gone.

What a great idea !! Good going Schumacher. The Mission was a great chassis and taught me alot. This updated version should be the choice of any new or sportsman level driver.
