Default Hot Bodies TCX Build Thread!

Hey Guys,

I hope there is not another thread regarding TCX build/resource. Please post all information regarding Hot Bodies TCX Here.

I recently purchased a TCX. I took some pics as I was building it. The build was very fun. It took me about 6 hours. I took my time and doubled check the instructions many times. LOL

Hope you enjoy the pics and my experience.

The Box and Bags:

And Now the Build. I recommend using a high quality allen driver rather then L shaped allen wrench.

Bag A:

Bag B:

Setting up for DRIFT? TCX Chassis comes with Solid front axle and Ball Diff rear. Swap the front with the back and you are set for drift out of the box!

Bag D:

Bag E:

Bag F:

Bag H (Complete Chassis):

The Body (HPI Subaru #7399):

I will post more pics and information regarding the TCX.

Thank you for looking!

Here are some more of the finished chassis.

I got my brushless setup today. Working on the body. Anyone know how to cut Urethane bumpers? I want to mount my intercooler.
