wagonman:

Thanks for posting the B.M.I. link.

Team B.M.I. TC3 chassis comes in black, Ti, gold, also we have access to aqua, red and some other colors.

the chassis are tri layed graphite. resulting in a very stiff chassis.

I would just get a:
Yokomo SD
HPI PRO4
Tamiya evo1,2,3,4

If you must swap your chassis consider:

Warpspeed has a different design

In my experiences the BMI tweaks too easily but you can always request them to make your top deck 3mm instead of their standard 2mm for a stiffer car

kh15:

Hi,

check the prices on the Warpspeed, IRS, Extreme graphite chassis.
the B.M.I. is cheaper than of the above.

Black Kat:

Hi,

as for the B.M.I. chassis tweaking we run both the 2mm and 3mm top plates on carpet with no tweaking problems. we run the 3mm top plate in mod (7x2-8x1's) and either the 2mm or 3mm in stock. (depending on the bite on the track).

Wency:

Hi,

All B.M.I. chassis are cut from a three way weaved graphite. this makes for a stiffer chassis and top plate. also there are different colors available. the chassis need very little prep before you can race it (usally just Ca the edges). Costomer support is great. any questions are answered quickly. any problems are handled fast.
The Warpspeed chassis is cut from the standard double weave and seems to be more flexy. I never liked mine in mod on high bite carpet. also it needs alot of chasis prep to get it ready to race. I payed ALOT more for the Warpspeed chassis than I did for my B.M.I. chassis with both top plates.

Thanks

If you want to see how a WarpSpeed Looks like, for once--- have some track time and use your RC!!!!! You can see how stiff my car is---- I've had my moments with Metal Post, Railings and Pipes at full throttle and the car did'nt tweak at all!!!! You can see how beautiful the CF is!

I have seen a BMI Xray here, I must say the quality is also superb!
(it's the fault of all those metal pipes, post and railings--- they were not looking and had no time to move! )

kh15: its your call what CF chassis you like, there is also one by Penguin RC.

If i were you, ask around who has one, and compare what they have to say to get an UN-biased opinion.

but if you ask me..........

They both have their own concepts and I run a BMI Pro 4 chassis and it's excellent.

IMHO (running CF chassis on carpet) the IRS w/Tinity Aluminum corner braces seems to be a great combo. NEVER had a tweak problem. No flexing problems.
