I was told today that Hudy bags 199120 and 199140 were discontinued. Is this true? Are new bags coming out?

Well from my 17.5 nats setup, I'd definitely go with more rear toe. Bump it up to
1.15mm of shims for the rear arms. Probably move the sway bar link to the outer position on the rear arm. Thinking about dropping down to 1k oil in the rear gear diff not only for mod but for 17.5 too. And lastly throw in the 3 hole pistons up front with 500 and 3 hole pistons in the rear with 400.

Thanks ! I'll give those suggests a try.

I kinda wish I had gone back to the gear diff for the final day, I was washing out a little and suspected it was the ball diff going bad but I just checked it and it feels fine. hmmm.... Also I had gone back to lighter shock oil for the last day too ( 500 2 hole / 400 3 hole ) from 600 2 hole / 500 3 hole for the quals ). I had good corner speed but it was not as predictable / consistent. Always too many things to consider.

When I went to thicker oil in practice it made the car much more consistent. It seemed to also carry more corner speed and made it much more predictable. But that was SUPER high traction too. I feel like it tamed down the roll of the car and prevented it from dumping over due to such high bite. Now with the Hangar, there are bumps to work around. Granted my stock car was DIALED last time we ran, I think that in mod with the higher speeds the car will benefit from soaking up the bumps with lighter dampening. Gear diffs are tricky. It's a different driving style and much harder to be as consistent with them as a ball diff. Don't be discouraged if it's harder to drive. Work with it and learn how to drive it. I personally think the gear diff is faster, BUT only if you can drive it and be smooth and consistent. I spent a whole day at Timezone the weekend before nats learning the gear diffs, and I'll have to say I think it paid off.

Friday I received the new OG Spec premounts fresh from the factory in Korea to test out at West Coast Raceway for the 1st XRAY Challenge to be held there on April 29th - May 1st 2011. They are mounted on the EXP rim (EXP-WAWH) with the Aqua Medium insert (EXP-M). I waited toward the end of the day when most of the TC drivers had left to start testing to ensure that the grip had built up on the track (indoor asphalt) and also so I could have as close to uninterrupted sessions as possible while testing. I put a total of (7) 6 minute sessions on the tires and they look that same on run 7 as they did on run 2 with NO loss in performance!!! It is a "thing of beauty" at how good they look, the wear pattern is excellent!!! During each run the lap times remained consistent from start to finish and never fell off! This tire is simply amazing and is as fast as the other tires some of the guys have been running at the track. To say that these tires are impressive is truly an understatement!!!
