Default What high end stick radio's are on the market?

THe only one I know of is the KO Vantage II(i think thats the name). I believe there is an Airtronics one, but am not sure. I am looking into getting one, and would like to know the choices there are out there for stick radios.

I'm running the KO Propo Vantage 2, very good, very programmable does take some tweaking and the instructions are iffy. I think they have a new model now and you will be lucky to find someone who will seel you one AND it will be damned expensive. Was a good upgrade from my old exerd though, a few things I would like though, tension adjustability and to be able to rotate the sticks a little (slightly different angle).

Sorry of all of the multiple posts, but for the KO PROPO - Vantage ESPRIT II Type R it is only 299.99, right around the price of the Futaba 3pk and other radios.....and all of those fetures, it sounds like the radio to last a life time...how easy is it to reach menu to menu on Ko radios, becasue I have heard that they arent the easiest..and only in 27mhz...idk, that can be good and bad.

Ill shut up now

The Airtronics/Sanwa version is about the same price as the M8 radios. They even sold them stateside at one time. So you might beable to find one around. It's basically an M8 radio with stick controls instead of wheel and trigger. You get the same big screen and all.

Definately can't go wrong with the KO though...

Futaba 3VC is a great stick radio. New HRS version should be available soon. Availability in the States is not a question I can answer...

The 3VC is very good, has slightly more features than the old Futaba 3PJS. If there is new HRS version on the way my old one is for sale.

I'm using a KO Presto, I find it's very easy to use. After reading the manual once, I dont need it anymore.

the sanwa version is called the Super Exzes, functions are the same as the m8, menu is easy to access. with this stick radio, you can rotate the 2 stick's travel axis to suit your finger's movements so its more comfortable.

the latest from KO is the Vantage Type R, while Futaba will have the 3VC Super out pretty soon....

The 3VC can be used with the synthesized transmitting modules from Hitec and Futaba.

Hmmm...all of those seem like excelent radios, I guess the deciding factor would be which one is easiest to get. Does anyone have any idea where I can these radios?...even if they are from an over sea's shop.

Dont forget the grip test !

As an example, I felt in love with the KO Mars, when I first saw it. But when I got in my hand, it was counted out in a second - way too small for my hand.

Sanwa (Airtronics) Super Exzes is a great stick radio, very comfortable, easy to program thanks to the big screen.
The radio quality is also excellent,
You won't be deceived.
