I just ran tonight with the screws all in the topdeck and the steering ones out. Man how that makes the car handle well. I use to run one set of screws out on rear and steering post connected to top deck. The car seems more forgiving and just felt smoother pulling out of the corners and much quicker!

Thanks for the set-ups guys. I cannot wait to go to Ardent now to lay down some fast laps.

I also owe a lot of it to my LRP SS v2 speed controller!

You can try using Xray # 302652 for the servo horn, you will be able to eliminate the screw therefore moving closer to top deck.

I think the real issue is the servo. I think the mounting tabs are just in a funky location relative to other servos. I had the same issue and it was solved by using their 9550 look-alike servo.

I see what your saying, that does look like the problem.

As long as you can get the angle of the steering arm right and have clearance then I wouldn't worry too much about how many spacers you need to use. As for the antenna, you can either just find another hole to mount it or you could use double sided tape under the servo instead of the rear servo mount.
