I made a few setup changes to my base setup at the track last night. This darn car never ceases to amaze me. As Butter would put it, this car "has steering for days" now.

You've gone from 4mm to 0mm?? Dude that's a massive change, try 3mm on the upright, and swap the kit cambers around to 1.5F 2R. Taking out the two top deck screws that go into the motor bulkhead also help, this is the full flex setting.

You shouldn't have to go far from kit to find a good setup on aussie asphalt tracks

Question for anyone who has tried a front gear diff: with the kit track width (1.5mm spacers) did you have to use the 50mm shafts or do the 52's work?

I think the kit setting calls up 2mm shim on upright, so have gone from 2mm to 0mm.

kit should be 4mm on the rear uprights, 2x2mm shims

I have not gotten to run my car on asphalt yet. First time will be Reedy race. It will make the car easier to drive but if it pushes to much it will cause the front tires to overheat. I would say it will depend on the track.

How do you tell if the tires are over heating? Do you temp them after a run, or do the tires start sliding?

Yeah i tried it with the 1.15mm spacers and you can use the 52mm shafts but you have to cut down the blades a lot , this makes them weeker and in Mod it is not strong enough , stock is ok though

A liked the diff up front with 300,000 oil in it but it was slower so i took it out again
