I got a CDR5000 its great

And the future Lipo cells can be charged by them too

And everything these days is made in taiwan, dont mean that its bad quality.

Here is something you might consider too. Phat - you location looks like Ill. CE is in Rockford Ill. They come up to Trackside every now and then, at big events. They will do software updates on your machine at the race. I thought this was really cool of them. Just a good Co. and close to you. I would get the GFX.

Good point Essnowyt ...Jim at CE is a super guy also, he is more than willing to update software at races or you can send it to him for the update. The customer service that CE gives is only one of the many reason to go with a GFX.

I know you can power the GFX with a 10amp supply it just limits you on the motor run feature to 10amps. I am not sure on the CDR but would think it would be similiar.

I think its Hong Kong that has funky quality.

Stuff from Taiwan include HPI, Team Magic G4 and Kawahara amongst others.

Don't forget that most of the world's computers are made from components from Taiwan.

I would like to get a hold of one myself. Sounds like a nice "TOY" to have in the pit. Plus it looks cool too. And it got lots of BLING, BLING......
