Default ESC shootout

I have been looking at a few different esc's, the Tekin RS w/ hotwire, LRP SXX, Mamba Max Pro, and a few others and I'm not sure what to go with. Could someone please give me the scoop "pros and cons" in words I can understand. I'm Running a 17.5 touring car class with unlimited esc profile. thank's -Jeremy

for a read too... rccaraction just made an electric only issue.
i just got it a couple nights ago.. have only glanced through it but nice comparisons between 1/10 and 1/8 escs and 1/10 motors.
it might give you some info in cahoots w/ what you read here

Tekin rs not the pro version. Updateable from the tekin web site without having to by more equipment every year to be competetive. it also has a spec setting that most tracks allow.

Why not the Pro version? Striclty because of regulations at some races or because of overall perfromance?

Get a 120amp hobby wing and you have the new "tekin" without the problems using low turn motors. If you can get one and afford it the BD is unbeatable plus you can laugh at people who need a laptop to go fast.
