HI All
I test my 417 this Sunday, I just say...so Fxxing great!
I copied Jilles's base setup but only keep the steering brace spacer 3mm as the manual. At the start, it got a little understeer. So I changed the rear upper bulkhead spacer from 4 to 3mm and felt better. My conclusion is 417 is better than Mi4 or BD5 in this LiPo dynasty which has more better balance and weight transfer. You don't need to have much "hole" on your chassis then you get good grip. And the upper deck feels more elasticity than older ones.
I'm not a good driver, so waiting for advanced setting!!!

Finished my build yesterday. I haven't had a graphite chassis for a while now and I might not know something. What is the easiest way to change the motor and make adjustments. It seem to me unless you use the stock spur gear it's hard to have access to one of the motor mount screws and I can't reach the pinion screw unless I have a special tool. I ended up taking out the upper deck and spur gear before I was able to mount the motor.

Are all the parts available to builds a front ball diff yet? I don't want a gear diff as try are ok for mod but I prefer the extra tuning control of a ball diff for racing 10.5
