Hey EJ,

Cool man, Thanks for the info. I'm very impressed with car. Larry and a few others are doing very well at the local track I race at.

I'm going to try and lengthen out my upper arm this weekend to see what it does. I drove Tom C's car this way it felt supper smooth. Attached is a pic of the spacer.[/QUOTE]

EJ,
My car was running with wide lower arms and a 1mm spacer to lengthen the upper arms. As you noted, it felt really smooth to drive and had plenty of steering.

I dont understand why everyone is saying lengthening upper arms. You are actually lowering the roll center and raising the upper arm.

If you were lengthening it you would be moving it in towards the center of the chassis.

Larry,
I'm not raising the upper arm. I'm lengthening it by moving them toward the center of the chassis as you said.

Hey Franko,

Yes I will be at H30 this weekend. At this point I'm not sure if I will be there for Friday practice or if I will arrive early Saturday.

By adding 1mm shims between the aluminum bulkhead and the plastic caster block. Since I was running the lower arms wide, I also needed to shim out the center of the brace too.

Yep. One more week on the rug and we're going to try to start some asphalt racing. A few videos from last year have been posted in our thread. You should check em out.

Which is the same as lowering the RC...........

So what width do you end up running when set for wide ?? Like 179mm ??
