I just love the way you've got to crank the steering hard right to counter the torque steer! Beautiful!

No such thing, thats the beauty of the real minis, the windows allow tons of airflow into the cab from the windows, so they have natural AC.

The heater works though

I hear ya. On most of my cars I took the stereo out, too. I built engines to make music for me.

I also started building my m06 last night but I left out the motor assembly for now. I want to install the alum motor plate and I haven't got it yet.

Edit : I got the plate now.

Electrical tomorrow. ESC wiring needs to be extended, mounting receiver on rear flank with hook and loop. Good news my 3800mah 2s Lipo fits just fine.

Shocks have minimal travel but have a spacer you can not use to gain more travel.

How did you manage to lower it over the bodyshell stands at the rear?

Later edit:

Oh, I see, you have put the stnads the other way around. Got it now.

daign: You do realise that is a 2002 Turbo, not Tii. The reason I make the point is that I know of a Tii shell, but that is not on a mini wheelbase, and I was interested to get a Tii shell in mini size.

Default M06 finished

Just finished the build....way different than my last mini. It's amazing how much those little blue aftermarket parts costs compared to the kit price. Oh well it's toy cars!!

All finished. Painting the HPI 2002 Turbo body tomorrow and then I should get some video. This thing is FAST. stupid fast. Can't wait to get the body done.

I have some gunmetal wheel nuts too.
