Default Ceramic bearings in brushless motors and Duo 2 bearing size??

How many of you guys upgrade your motor bearings to ceramic? Coming from nitro i see this as a advantage but dont know how popular it is in the electric world. Also does anyone know the bearing size to Duo 2? Could take mine apart and measure it but figured someone would know. Thanks

I recently thew a pair of Avid ceramics into each of my my Duo/Duo2-based motors ($10/pair..), but I doubt that there will be any noticeable difference on the track. The bearings size is a standard 1/8" x 3/8" motor bearing.
