finding belts

Default finding belts

does anyone know where i can find custom belts at........i have a tc and snapped the rear belt......tring to find a replacemnet might be hard...so i was thinking about just finding somewhere that has all types of belts

do a search under belt suppliers. i posted this a half a year ago or so in the electric forum.

i think i labeled it "alternative belt suppliers", but i may be misremembering.

For custom belts try the yellow pages, search for some company that services small machines, when they tell you they don't have any belts of that description ask them where you can get them. For some reasons when I buy them locally they're called sewing machine belts or timing belts. The manufacturer of the belts that I've bought locally is Optibelt.

u can try industries area where they supply BANDO product. off couse their are for industry used they can cut the right width for u. the only thnig is don't know the material mixture same as RC requirement?

Gates, do a search for Gates, all they do is belts and pulleys, ALL kinds, in fact, they make most all of the belts for many of the rc companies already
