Hmm, should I dischrage it all the way to 0.00v then dead short it and leave it for a few days and charge it again? BTW, I don't have a tray.

If the pack actually take a full charge (charge time seem properly and the pack is warm), then it's quite sure there's one or two bad cells. In this case, further dead shorting wont make it any better. If any change, it'll just make it worse...

check, when you are charging the packs, what temp it reaches. if it is still relatively cold when it stops charging just increase the peak detection on the charger. i found that with my fukuyamas that they don't even get hot when charged, i increased the peak detection and they run better.

The pack charges fine, it gets warm like it normally does. I don't think there is any bad cells in there, they all have the same voltage when charging.
