I bought a brand new Venom Pro Charger about 2 months ago and it already died. I sent the charger and receipt back in a envelope, and venom lost my receipt and refuses to replace my charger! What a joke! They are by far the worst company that i've ever dealt with in the RC industry. the charger was absolute garbage! n=never worked right since I bought it. But they told me that they have an excellent customer service and would take care of it? Nope! Totally shafted me! You couldn't pay me to use another venom product!

1. who sends a reciept to any company and doesnt keep a copy for themselves???? seems obvious to me.

2. plenty of folks around my area have had great success with venom and their products. granted, i live 1 block away from venom but they are very easy to deal with if the issue really lies with their product.

ask your hobby shop to get you a new receipt. shouldnt be an issue.
