Hello racers. Just had a meeting with the hotel. ALREADY a BUNCH of reservations coming in from around the USA... and a few INTERNATIONAL racers have booked rooms too! I have received quite a few emails from new racers coming this year and from some old racers that have missed the past couple. Very excited about 2011... it is looking great! Just to recap:

Reserve your hotel room by 09/30 and get a free upgrade to the deluxe rooms again for 2011 (the rooms with Sleep Number beds, etc). This is a 10 dollar night savings. Rates are 89 a night. Had a couple emails asking - just book a standard room and they will automatically upgrade you. If you make a mistake a book a deluxe room they will adjust your rate on 09/30 back to 89. Make sure to book under the Snowbird group too as they waive the 8 dollar a night resort fee they charge everyone else. The staff at the hotel is awesome and everyone is still there - so they work with us incredibly - no worries!

Also they are not charging you to mail boxes to the hotel or your race gear... this helps save you some cash for sure!

Classes and schedule will be posted in late September / October. Entry form gets online in November. No big surprises with classes as we always try and run what the majority of tracks are racing. The good news is we kept entry fees the same for 2011 at 80 bucks - with no membership required.

Call the Radisson at 407-396-1400. Race dates are January 25th-30th with practice Tuesday and Wednesday with racing Thursday through Sunday. We will have a good amount of practice Thursday through Sunday before racing begins too. Four heats and a main.

Mike just booked a room and asked for the north tower. The reservation folks I talked to were not in Kissimmee apparently and said they could not tell from the room block which rooms were in the north tower. Can you help with this?
