I'm tired of never being able to find tech info on what people are using at races. I'm going to try and aggregate this info on a dedicated site. Hopefully, this kind of exposure will give companies continued incentive to send their team drivers to big races.

http://rcprogear.com/

Please, send me any info you might have (PM or [email protected]) to help fill in the gaps of the various charts. If I can get help gathering the info, I'll continue to do my best to keep the site updated with info from all the big races.

Wow, thanks to all the company reps and individuals for sending me info. I've got quite a bit filled out, now, but there's still plenty of information that can still be added. Take a minute to have a look, and if there's something to add, send it my way.

Default snowbirds 2011

I want to give Josh a special thanks for helping me with that oval car.
That car was daild from the first pack even I used normal tires on all 4 corners as
an onroad dude like me will do, as I now nothing about oval. :-)

Also thanks to Frank, Brian, Bruce, Tekin, Ernie, Paul, Markus, Sven, gshobby, AE (LRP) and all the other great people at snowbirds

Alf :-)

This is why the 'birds is so cool. Racing with people you never usually cross paths with.

MAXIMUM GOOD!

The race reports on the Road A-mains are more than half done now. Check back over the next few days as the rest are posted. If you missed any of the live coverage and want to get a feel for the atmosphere while watching the youtube videos, you can find the reports here!

Greg what is the photographers name at the Snowbirds? I mean lots of people were there taking pics, but who was there in the official capacity? And I am not talking about Outlaw.

Ok I realize that one Birds is way behind us and that another one is almost seven months away but I just wanted to ask. What happens to the guy who ends up with the srew and mouse ears? How does one arrive at a BQ screw?

the guy that qualifies 10th is screwed. because at the Birds they allow you to bump to the a main. so there are only 9 guys that are guarantee spots in the A main. the 10th place guys have to win the b-main to get to the a main.

they only take 9 to the "A" as opposed to taking the usual top 10. So the "B" main racers beat the crap out of each other to make the transfer spot to the "A". so if you qualify 10th you are screwed and now the "BQ"
