Default F104 Pro question

I'm about to pull the trigger on a f104 pro kit at Tower. Of course I'll pick up a few hop ups too. One item I'm looking at is the blue aluminum motor mounts.

The question is are the stock mounts aluminum or plastic on the pro kit. I don't want to buy them if the only difference is the color.

Thnx

plastic, and it wants to warp when you put it together so its a bit of a pain. I haven't got the aluminum mounts yet, I'm doing ok without them.

they are plastic. I haven;t had a problem with warping, fingers crossed.

if your going to order the aluminum mounts, go the new black ones which have been released......look's better....that's all. Blue sticks out with Ferrari red, Lotus green and Renault yellow I have found.

Good point! I was looking at the yeah racing f104 pro conversion kit. Lots of black aluminum bits but of interests is the one piece rear pod.
