MR-4TCSD to TC3
I heard from somewhere (can't remember where) that you could bolt most of the TC3 stuff to a Yoke CGM tub chassis...Can anyone back that up/shoot that down because a TC3 + bellcranks & centered 6 cell slots would be kickass....
I know you'd need bellcranks, bellcrank bearings, battery strap & the shorter drive shaft for shure
Thanks -Dan

Ha, Ha, Ha (atleast I think your'e being sarcastic)
Seriously...I heard that somewhere. It would be a good combo though...

The diff cases are different. Shock towers, Arm length, width. And many other things. This would not be possibe IMO.

The greatest thing about the TC3 is it's suspension geometry. Everybody has tried to copy it but few have succeeded. Indeed the prototype HPI Pro 4 Hara raced at the Worlds a couple of years ago actually used TC3 wishbones and other parts.
Grafting TC3 wishbones, towers and shocks onto a CGM chassis should produce an even better TCM or CG3. It'snot easy but it's possible. Pivot pin diameters are different but that shouldn't be toomuch of a problem.
I would be happy to stick with the Yoke drive train as I think it is better.
You've really got me thinking now !
