The fact that the "guy who owns Xenon" says that it's not "Delrin", but something similar doesn't really surprise me, because "Delrin" is a registered trademark for a very hard nylon.

I'm at a loss to understand your confusion. It looks like Delrin, acts like Delrin...you can just call them "Nylon" if you like that better.

DuPont website
Joe. Now i understand more.
HPI package their spurs with the word delrin in it.
Xenon spurs doesnt state that their spurs are made of delrin.
But since you have said that Delrin is a registered trademark, maybe that is what keeping Xenon from packaging their spurs using the word "Delrin".
I end the case and accept it that its made of Delrin. Even though the boss said it isnt.

Hullo Adrian San...no need to go so far to look for Xenon spurs. Call up the boys at RCPitstop....they're the Malaysian Xenon distributor man. They have tons of stock!

LOL...maybe they should just do like the knock-off Tamiya QD cars I saw at Hobby People the other day and call it "Derlin"...

KOE ... You are right ... Xenon Spurs are not that cheap

In Malta, DHI RACING is the official distributor of Xenon Products. JOHNBULL most probably compared DHI's selling prices with his! That is why he thinks they are cheap

We have been using Xenon Spurs 48p and 64p for some months now and we rarely had any problems with them. If the motor is not secured properly or you do not setup the pinion/spur correctly, you will have problems with any kind of spur gear especially if they are 64p.
