Default Wheels and Tires

What are you running? We are just getting a touring car class going in the Albany New York area and I was wondering what everyone is using for tires, also some of the tracks will be indoor carpet when the weather starts to get cold so what should I run on carpet? Foams? Please forgive my ignorance as guys running touring cars are totally new to this area.. This is EDM country

where are you going to be racing? I am originally from that area and I used to race RC around there when I was a kid.
