Default Question for Mod guys: X12 4.5 vs. SP V3 4.5

Im looking at these two motors for a 4.5, out of the two, which would be a better motor? Looking mainly at how smooth it delivers its power... or maybe there is something else you could recommend that is better? thanks for any recommendations you can make.

LRP Octa Wind 4.5! Even the regular wind 4.5 X-12 is a good motor. I like the V3's, but when you want to go to a regular tab motor it is a pain in the butt. I have a whole ESC pre wired for V3's, but I like the LRP's.

Edit, the LRP's are pretty smooth. But they do have a lot more rip than other motors. With all that rip it is hard to make them "smooth" with some ESC's. What ESC do you plan to use?
