rinkrat- I just went and looked at the specs on your charger. My guess is that your batteries are getting a full charge , they will be a little cooler due to the fact that you are charging at 4.5 amps and that it is using the fuzzy peak detection .

Talking Killer Batt's!

Anyone thinking about running Kinetix batteries, have no fear.

These batteries rock! We ran them last weekend at a big oval event and dominated! I think my lap times dropped off a tenth or two from the start to the finish in 19turn. That might be the first 4 cell oval win for Kinetix...Ron?

This weekend we ran sedan and 1/12th scale and the batteries were just as fast! Tons of punch and run time to spare. When we cycled all the packs, the numbers were right on, no fakes here.

...Now it may have something to do with those super smooth bearings I am running ...Avid Bearings...that is!

Thanks guys!!

Was supposed to race it this weekend but snow is gonna kill my chances... but the initial testing was great..

i'm thinking of getting a battery zapper and i was wondering on how often do you zap cells for maintenance? is it possible to zap a cell more than once? does it really help? what can it contribute?
