There will soon be a thread for the Speed Passion LMP car. From what I understand, the design of the car will be basically similar to the SP-1, but it is expected to be 235mm wide and the wheels and tires are expected to be wider and larger in diameter than the F1 cars. I am REALLY looking forward to this and I hope that bodies will be available for not only the A-R18, but also the P-908, and maybe others.

On the sneakpeek pictures the SP pancar is 200mm with tamiya style foamtires. So basicly a f103/f104Wide lookalike with foams. If they also made a 235mm car then that would be cool.

I talked to the Rivall folks about getting a body here. Was going to be $84 US to get it here. Had to pass.

I had the same issue... was going to cost about $82AU for a body and that doesn't include freight... It doesn't help they sell the wing separately either...as much as I like it there is no way I can justify racing a body that is that expensive and I have no time for shelf queens.

Default my F103 GT project

Hi Guys! I just got this chassis from a swap with my SC10 2wd parts. and it comes with a novak ballistic 17.5 (not in the picture) I think its a good deal! Anyway, Can anybody help me choose what kind of body (aside from LC70) will look good on this chassis. Also a set of tires and wheels with proper offset. TIA!

There's the pair of bodies from ABCHobby, the GT-1and the GT430.

Thanks for the reply and the offer guys, but what I have here is a F103 GT which is too short for the R91 and uses a TC wheels and tires, The GT-1 is nice though. This is what I have in mind at the moment.

Any body designed for a 190mm touring car will fit on it, and usually the softest touring car tyres you can find on the rear with fairly hard ones on the front.

If you fancy the Nissan R390 body, as it's been re-released recently it is available as a spare part. If you want a Le Mans style shell there are a few available from Colt at 200mm, which will fit on and if you really want to fill the wheel arches then 6mm offset wheels would bring the width out to match a 200mm body.

There's also the Furai from SpeedPassion. I had one on my TRF and I measured it against my F103GT and it fits fine with 0 offset wheels front and 3 @ back.
