Default vision peak 2 charger not working on a battery pack

i have a ni-cd 2400 battery pack i tried to charge with a new vision peak 2 charger and when i plug it in and start charging it, all the amp setting leds on the charger start flashing and it stops charging. other battery packs are fine. anyone know why this pack wont charge?

Try putting an initial charge on it with another charger, then try the vision, i have had chargers that wont put a charge on a dishcharged pack, (says it's peaked) but once it had some juice in it it worked ok. good luck!.
