Default 415 or evo4

I know its still early days but i would like to take peoples opinions. Im starting to grow tired of the annoyance of the evo3 drive train and i think its got to the point where its slowing me down against my competition, so i would like to change.. but to what.

so far it seems to me the 415 is the way to go... i could be wrong. let me know

Evo_Uk,

Is your evo3 bevel gear geat still stripping???

I'd hop up mine with the lite weight shaft and couple of shims, my evo3 now runs perfect!!! In fact i'd managed to finish in the A main last sat nite in the open mod....

As between 415 and Evo4, i'd take both as one 415 works great in tight tracks the latter works great in bigger tracks.... i'd already own a 415 and now saving for the evo4!!!

Godspeed.

my evo 3 is MAXED OUT, no stripping at all thats a thing of the past, i do get binding in the gears though. i can get rid of it 100% but it always comes back and need constant checks and stripping down ( race after race type thing ) and is just an annoyance. i want a car with less hastle but just as good. its a BEAST of a car but is starting to take up too much of my time so i want a change.

I hear Surikarn is using the 415 with the new suspension, anyone got any pics or info?

When I get tempted at buying the new chassis plate & the
new suspension arm setup then maybe I'd consider just getting
a new EvoIV - but making it "Fully Optioned" won't be cheap.

As for drivetrain hassles... don't think its all that different to
what we know & can do to the EvoIII already today.

Multi-piece gearbox/bulkhead is nice but alignment/tweaking
issues may arise - nobody knows yet.
