Yes, it is the first run of the Reedy Race.
Fast laps are in the low 13, high 12 range. So in reality Surikan is maybe a second or so faster than Masami. But the race is based on points not times, so winning your heat is more important than turning quick times.

It's a 2.7MB file and it's only 12 seconds long, I didn't bother to downsample it, I've just been messing around with the video. The rain added some spots to the lens that I didn't catch until I got home, which was a bummer. We learned a bunch about it today and should be able to grab much better video tomorrow.

Anyway, here we are:
http://www.rctech.net/events/reedy20...eets_baker.wmv

PLEASE right-click the link and choose "Save Target As..." rather than re-downloading it from the server each time you watch it.

Oh yea, and you need Windows Media Player to view this sucker. Like I said, I was too lazy to do DivX, Quicktime or some other not-quite-as-sucky format.
The quality of the video is excellent. If it is possible please post the rest of the videos in the same quality so we can see clearly the cars...

Thanks!

Are anyone from Tamiya running a prototype EVO4.

Is Surikarn running a 415 or Evo 4?

Results from ROUND TWO of INVITE:

1. Matt Francis 22/5:10.12
2. Rick Hohwart 22/5:10.27
3. Greg Hodapp 22/5:11.75
4. Masami Hirosaka 22/5:12.09
5. Surikarn 22/5:12.37
6. David Spashett 22/5:13.28
7. Atsushi Hara 22/5:13.37
8. Brian Kinwald 22/5:13.79
9. Chris Tosolini 22/5:13.99
10. Ralph Burch, Jr. 22/5:14.08

Remember, this is NOT the overall standing. Each position is assigned points based on their finish; 0 for first, 2 for second, 3 for third and so on. Overall standings are achieved by whoever has the lowest score overall.

I will have winners in their correct order shortly.

And for my last trick, here are some answers to questions:

SERPENTFREAK69: I can't upload pics on my cell modem, unfortunately -- it's quite slow. I will have some late, late tonight when I'm back home.

Racer_Chick: Amezcua is running Open Mod. Not sure where he is in the grand scheme of things.

f1larry: I am fairly sure they are all 415s, I will try to double check.

John Doucakis: I will do my best to get videos up in that quality, BUT that is huge, and my server's bandwidth can't handle that big of a file. The recordings are meant for a test DVD we are putting together, depending on how they turn out. However, I do have every heat of invite so far in that same format...
