Regarding some people not being where you'd think they'd be, e.g. Kinwald, you'd have to be here and watch the races to understand. Take Ralph Burch for example, who has gotten wasted in just about every start of every heat that he's been in. With the quality of the drivers, it's incredibly difficult for anybody, even the best drivers out there, to work their way back through the field.
Consistent finishes in this race are really an accomplishment!
Hirosaka has broken a few times, Barry has had a few odd runs. They are both right on pace but just haven't had luck in their favor. That is such a big factor here...

Wish we could see some video though.....all this would make a lot more sense, because it looks so spread out from 1st to last on paper

It is pretty much between the Top 4. Best Marc can do is 9 points at this point i think with a win. The other 3 can get 8 point totals with a win in the last round. Just depends how the heats are stacked.

Shane is so right about luck and the start playing a massive part in this format of racing (great coverage - cheers). At last years Euro Race, Craig D was so hooked up off the line is was un-true, and that made him real hard to beat. Others could lap just as quick, but weren't getting the starts.
Start format is usually 2 lines (1 or 2 m apart) and then going with a final's style tone. So you get 8 cars all trying to get to the first corner right on each other. There is usually at least 1 or 2 cars that clash and don't get there!

Oh well, futureal you probably are doing much better job than Tamiya ever would!
Keep up the great work!

It's not a Tamiya race, they just let Reedy use their track.
If anybody, then Reedy /AE should have coverage on their website.
