Default actual part number?

Hey guys what is the actual part number for the spool/diff upgrades from Team Associated? Or are there aftermarket ones that are comparable?

Thanks

Daryl

Front Spool is 31339
gear diff is 31344

the rear gear diff kit comes with the outdrives so you dont have to buy them seperatly,

Beth.

[Important] spares support for the 6.1 is awful. Releasing a car when castor blocks aren't in spares baggies is a crime. Knuckles, rear hubs... Where the heck are they?

very disappointing and a big fail.

Well its better that The parts is slightly delayed, and The problems are fixed when released.
The sloop in The hubs out of The box is awful!

Is that indeed the case?

Tried tamiya springs today, medium grip carpet, sorex 28 tires and 17.5 boosted

tamiya red rear and blue front worked really well, car feels very planted and carries alot of cornerspeed, and is a little less aggressive than with associated springs (green back, silver front)

also tried yokomo springs, blue rear and pink front, they require a total different driving style compared to eg assoc. springs, didnt work for me at all

how does rsd springs compare? are they as progressive as yokomo springs? very tempted do buy them and try, but if they are like yokomo i`ll pass

I had to shim my front c-hubs to get the slop out. Not to good for a brand new kit.

I hope so since they seems to be delayed for so long time!

But The sloop can be removed by shim The hubs and drill a 2.5 hole in The hubs and secure them with a set screw so not a big problem!

RSD springs are not as progressive as Yokomo. I have been running RSD 15.5 front, AE silver rear on carpet for both 17.5 blinky and mod. Gives a very easy to drive car that carries speed well

Typically, more coils means a less progressive (more linear) feel. As the spring is compressed, the distance between coils decreases at a lesser rate compared to a spring with very few coils.

I also like AE silver on the rear for some layouts, with 16.5 or 15.5 fronts! Feels a bit better coming out of the turns . When we run more open or flowing layouts I like 15.5 front/13.5 rear!

If im not mistaken, its the other way around, more coils is more progressive. A "real" progressive spring is wound with many coils top and/or bottom (the soft initial part), and less coils in the middle (the stiff part).
