Out the box the car is great. Its a Beast with front spool and rear gear diff.
The only other thing I see others are trying is other manufactuer's Shock springs and pistons. Im using Losi #57 pistons on my car tonight. I also have a spring set and pistons coming from Reflex racing this week.

Have fun with the car and practice as much as you can. That is still the most important "must have part"

The springs are amazing. I'm using them on both my TC6 and S411, and I've had some local XRAY guys purchase and use them, also. Same thing with the fan mount...... I've got guys running them on all 3 brands mentioned, too!

Anyone know what hole to use with the roll center RSD suspension block locks? There are three holes

Middle one?

Thank you

Associated already makes both a slipper and solid spool....... Reflex does have DCJ shafts coming out. They sell Spec-R gear diffs, which are ok but I like Associated's gear diff much better.

I just ordered the AE front spool and the gear diff for the rear. I'll be giving this setup a try. Right now I love the way my TC6 drives, but always looking for some improvements.

the Reflex Racing Springs, Shock Bladders, pistons disks, and Fan Mount are all working fantastic on my car.

The RSD springs feel softer, more progressive than the AE springs.

I havent ran tamiya springs on this car, but tamiya springs are very progressive.

Default Setup Questions

I bought a used TC6 and was going through it to make sure how it was built. Its seems that for the most part the kit instructions were followed. Since I've not ever raced a TC6 I thought I would put on the stock kit setup in the back of the manual. The setup on the car was already pretty close. I did have a couple questions though.

1. On the Suspension Geometry section it calls for "Silver + 0" on the front outer ball & shims. What is "Silver"? Does it come in the kit?

2. On the Alignment section it calls for the Steering Link to be "2B". Is "B" the outer bumpsteer location? Whats is the "2", the pivot point?

Car will be run on Carpet with Rubber Tires and 17.5 blinky class.

Thanks for any help.
