Being a belt driven Touring Car, there has to be something that will fit even if it has to be shimmed, and even if its not made by, or for Associated.

I doubt that they would've kept the single if the car was faster with dual.
What conditions? I would assume that the steering feel will change but in theory how would the TC6 (or TC5 be different).

The new Xray is going to have dual bellcranks.

if i'm not mistaken the dual bellcranks give you less ackermann effect and a more linear feeling.

Default No dual crank, no one-ways, what else did they not include?

I think they "decontented" this car to be able to sell it for $370. And then they will come out with a "Team" or "Worlds" version 6 months later that will have the improvements that all-of-a-sudden the pros "just found from recent testing" makes the car that much better or offer additional tunability. I.e. - looks like it's missing the dual crank steering and one-ways.... anything else they didn't include aside from tires/body, etc?

Tamiya has had dual bellcrank for at least 3 generations now. They release new kits 'cause dummies like me keep buying them.

i doubt that would happen, i remember one of the team testing the dual steering didnt like it as much as the single system.

i also read on the xray news round up the Hudys when testing didnt like it as much as the single too.

the tc6 when release will be the factory team version

look how long the tc5 has gone for with out all the flavour of the month changes

That better not be true, I'm hoping to get the car before Nov 19-21 for Australian nationals.
